When you can cancel and how refunds work.

Before payment you can decline an offer at any time at no cost.
After payment and before harvesting starts, contact us to cancel; refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If we change the agreed delivery date materially, you may cancel for a full refund.
If we cannot supply the confirmed quantity, the undelivered portion is refunded in full.
